Does Delivery Pipe Size Matter in a Ram Pump

Almost everything that I have read about the ram pump says that you should have a delivery pipe that is half the size of the drive pipe. Does this really matter? In this video I take two sizes of delivery pipe and test the flow rate in one minutes time. To see what happens check out this video:
