Pulley Testing

I am getting ready to start a large project with alternate energy and I need to learn about pulleys.  This video shows my first step in this process. Keep in mind as you watch that this is a first attempt and there are many issues to address in the future. I think that I will be moving on to bike gears for the simple fact that they are much better machined and will stay in place much better than this setup.
