Ram Pump Flooding

Well here in the mountains we have been getting a lot of rain. And when I say a lot of rain I mean up to 15″ in a week. I was watching the news the other day and they said that we are already at the yearly average and its only july. So much rain. Well after a large amount of rain I took a trip to the land and found that my Hydraulic Ram Pump had been relocated. Not in the best of places. Check out this video to see what happened.

The tube has some kinks in it but those will flatten out after a little time. The pump itself did not receive any damage. I was worried that some of the metal parts would bend or the PVC would break. I think that this is a good test of the strength of the pump. I am impressed I have to say.
