Scouting Land

Today I took my little brother to see the land. We walked around the parameters and found the boarders. Things are looking very good out there.  The time for closing on the land shall be soon and that means that Land to House will be starting up with some real content. Can’t wait. You will find out lots and lots more about the land very soon but for now here is a picture of a small section.

Here is a short video clip showing the water that is flowing across the land. With a simple bucket test I have seen that the flow is around 150 gallons per min.

Closing is very soon and I will start the process of cleaning up the woods that are rather over grown. So looking forward to starting this.
